Philemon Cula is the Accounts and Tax Manager of PAT Business Consults.

Under the Tax department, he guides and supports the provision of Tax services to clients and to the firm internally. He is in charge of accounts and tax compliance, planning, advisory services and international tax at PAT Business Consults.

Philemon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (Hons) degree from Kyambogo University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration at the East African School of Taxation. He is a student member of ADIT and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).

Philemon holds 7-years’ experience in different departments and undertaking responsibilities in accounts, compliance, advisory and international tax administration as part of his professional practise.

His experience across the various sectors and industries including local and cross border; Trading, advertising agencies, aid-funded projects, education sector, insurance sector, health care and hospitals, product manufacturing and distributorships, Waste management business, non-government organizations, construction and supervision management services has put him at the top of the firm’s most revered human resources.

He has successfully done projects on statutory audits, system audits, internal audits, tax compliance, business planning and financial advisory on clients in Uganda and Africa.
