Philip Mudoko is the Managing Partner of PAT Business Consults, Administration and Corporate services.

He manages Administration of the firm and provision of Corporate services including Tax and Tax Advisory, Accounting, Audit, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Legal advisory, Information Technology, Personnel Training, Recruitment and other Business Advisory services.

As the Accounting Officer, he directs the Departments of Finance, Operations, Human resource, Technical Support services, Internal Audit, Strategic Policy and development, ICT, Procurement, Transport, Marketing and Public relations on behalf of the firm.

Philip Mudoko is a Tax Consultant and Certified Tax Agent for Domestic taxes approved by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).

He is also an Accountant, Internal Auditor, Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst, Business Intelligence & Data Analyst by profession holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance, Diploma in Finance, FMVA (Corporate Finance Institute), BIDA (Corporate Finance Institute), MBA (MUK), Certifications in Business and Administrative Law, Tax management, Consultancy skills development, Project planning among others. He further holds qualifications with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).

Philip holds over 9 years working experience attained working in Corporate entities like Ssenoga Associates, Wispro (U) Ltd, Imperial Paints, K-Point Hardware Limited, Tropical Coatings Ltd, Eco-Group Limited (Eco stove Uganda) among others in different capacities from Accounts Assistant, Audit Assistant, Accountant, Chief Accountant, Head Accounts and Finance, Chief Finance Officer and Director of Finance over the years.

To date, he has personally undertaken several consultancy works for different organizations namely; The Infield Cakery – SMC Ltd, Good Glass Limited, Demis Consults Limited, Kampala Fair Limited, Shortcut Asia Limited, The Mkutano Company Limited, Buwembo & Company Advocates, Open Dental Care Ltd and Tuwereza Agencies Limited on several Tax, Accounting, Audit, Finance, Management Advisory, Forensic and Internal System controls.
